• Baseline surveys and data collection
• Statistical analysis and data analytics
• Policy analysis and research consultancy
• Agricultural and environmental research

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate in good faith during project execution
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools developed by Bayesian Consulting Group remain our intellectual property. Client data and project-specific deliverables belong to the client upon full payment.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. We expect clients to respect the confidentiality of our proprietary methodologies and business practices.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Payments are due as per agreed milestones
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Disputed amounts must be raised within 30 days

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.
